New President and CEO Named at Access Reverse Mortgage Corp. Access Reverse Mortgage Corp., a provider of reverse mortgages in Florida, recently announced that Ruslan Barbashin has joined the company as the new president and CEO and Tatyana Barbashin as the new processing manager. They are taking over from Malcolm Tennant, CRMP, and Pamela Tennant, CRMP, co-founders of Access Reverse Mortgage, who have decided to step back from the day-to-day operations of the company but remain as consultants. Ruslan started his career at Access Reverse Mortgage in 2005 and later worked in New York City, working with diverse lenders and borrowers in forward and reverse mortgages. He also has experience in the bond markets. More recently, he owned and operated a mortgage broker business in Oregon. Tatyana has over 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, working with various lenders and borrowers in different states. “We are honored and humbled. We have always admired Malcolm and Pamela for their integrity, professionalism and compassion,” the Barbashins said in a statement. “They have built a great reputation and a loyal customer base.
