Appraisal Guidelines-Q&A
The following Q&A, developed in cooperation with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, offers lenders additional guidance on appraisal guidelines mandated in Mortgagee Letter 2005-48, published on December 19, 2005.
The Q&A was developed from one of NRMLA's Learn While-U-Lunch programs, held in early 2006, which featured Doug Walters of HUD as a speaker.
