Independence Housing Group Inc, or IHG, was created to help facilitate transactions between lenders and senior citizens who wish take advantage of Reverse Home Mortgages. IHG works throughout the country repairing and rebuilding homes for these seniors. We do not compete with Reverse lenders, we are here to help with the process. In order to get these homes to qualify for FHA Funding, IHG enters into an agreement with the homeowners to finance all needed improvements. IHG acts as the project manager and handles every aspect of the process, from small repairs to building new homes. We do not require deposits from our customers and finance the entire project. Once these improvements are completed and the Reverse Loan settles, we get paid for our services.

National Field Network is a boutique Field Service and Property Preservation company that recognizes the need to change our services based on the needs of the individual Lender/Investor/Insurer. The management team each has 25 plus years experience in FHA Auditing, Property Management, Inspections, Mortgage Servicing, Delinquency and Foreclosure Management. We provide all services on a nationwide basis and we never feel a client is "too small" to work with. Because of our extensive Mortgage Banking expertise, we fully understand the nuances of Reverse Mortgage Servicing.
