Important Update on FHA Annual Certification

The Department of Housing and Urban Development plans on publishing a notice on Friday, October 25, in the Federal Register notifying FHA-approved lenders that the revised FHA annual certification will be effective beginning with lenders that have a Fiscal Year End date of December 31, 2019.

NRMLA commented favorably on the proposed changes. We applaud HUD’s efforts to improve these certifications.
