New CFPB Resource: Planning Your Finances For An Uncertain Future

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau published new financial education resources for older adults, their families, and practitioners who work in the aging field during the coronavirus pandemic.

Included is a new web page, titled Planning your finances for an uncertain future, that provides tips to help consumers talk with their spouses or other family members about putting plans in place if they become unable to manage your finances in an uncertain time.

For Older Americans month, CFPB released new downloadable handouts and activity sheets based on the popular fraud prevention placemat series.

Please share the resources with reverse mortgage clients, friends, family members, and other aging services professionals.
