The Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking nominations to fill four vacancies on the 12-member Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee.
New members will represent the mortgage industry, real estate industry, consumers and HUD-approved housing counseling agencies. Details were published in the Federal Register.
Nominations may be made by agency officials, members of Congress, the public, professional organizations, and self-nomination. Nominations to the HCFAC must be submitted using the fillable form HUD-90005, Application for Membership on the Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee (HCFAC). Each nominee application must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be considered for membership.
Nominations must be submitted in PDF format via email to HCFAC.email@example.com. Electronic signatures are acceptable. Applications are due no later than November 4, 2021, at 11:59 PM EDT.
