Source: RCS The Employee Benefit Research Institute’s 2021 survey examines workers’ and retirees’ mindsets around retirement as they reflect on the effects of the pandemic. “The Retirement Confidence Survey (RCS) gauges the views and attitudes of working-age and retired Americans regarding retirement, their preparations for retirement, their confidence with regard to various aspects of retirement and related issues,” the institute says on its website, ebri.org , where the survey can be found. From January 5 through January 25, approximately 3,017 U.S. residents were surveyed.
