RMF’s Arizonabased loan officers will be led by branch manager Robin King in Scottsdale and include David Christensen, Neal Melton, Deb Vallow and William Troy Vallow in Scottsdale and Doug Polk in Sahuarita. “The state of Arizona remains one of the strongest markets for reverse mortgages in the nation and key for our company’s continued growth,” says David Peskin, president of RMF, in a media release. “Arizona homeowners ages 55 plus are eligible for RMF’s proprietary reverse mortgage product, Equity Elite®. We’re excited to see our Arizona team expand, and we look forward to helping customers in this area utilize their home equity in smart, strategic ways to improve their cash flow and their retirement lifestyle.” Celink Renews Contract With Longbridge Celink announced that it recently executed a multiyear contract renewal with Longbridge Financial LLC. Longbridge has utilized Celink as its reverse mortgage subservicer since 2015. This renewal will further extend the relationship between the two companies for years. “Longbridge has a long-standing partnership with Celink, and we’re very excited to continue the relationship into the future,” says Richard Burke, Longbridge’s senior vice president of servicing and vendor management, in a media release. “Celink has made many enhancements recently, and those changes have improved the service to our customers. We look forward to our continued collaboration as we work together to advance and evolve the borrower’s experience.” Finance of America Companies CEO Steps Down Finance of America Companies CEO Patricia L. Cook informed the board of directors that she was stepping down June 30 to focus on her health. The board appointed company President Graham A. Fleming as interim CEO, effective July 1. He will continue as president during this interim period and oversee the company’s forward, reverse, commercial and home improvement lending segments, as well as lender services. Prior to his current role, Fleming was chief administrative officer, overseeing finance, treasury, risk, compliance and corporate administration. Open Mortgage Appoints Easter CCO Open Mortgage appointed Andrea Easter to be the company’s first chief compliance officer. In her new role, Easter will collaborate with the lender’s various departments to monitor and assess compliance practices, and will ensure any issues are investigated and resolved. She also will create an annual risk assessment and undertake internal and third-party audits and investigations, monitor any developments related to existing, new and pending laws and regulations that affect the mortgage industry, and maintain relationships with industry leaders and regulators at the state and federal levels. Easter most recently was deputy chief compliance officer at Celebrity Home Loans, based in Raleigh, NC. Hartley Made Sales Manager at PRMI Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) hired Christopher Hartley as reverse mortgage sales manager in its Owings Mills, MD, headquarters. Hartley will work with the reverse leadership and operations team to manage reverse volume related to PRMI branch partners across the nation. He also will cultivate and manage relationships with PRMI loan originators, providing in-depth education while helping them to best structure reverse mortgage loans.
