Member News Who’s Who in Reverse Mortgages PRMI Hires Saunders as Loan Intake Coordinator Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) in Owings Mills, MD, hired Becki Saunders as loan intake coordinator to ensure reverse mortgage loans submitted to PRMI’s centralized operations department meet all qualifications for a timely and smooth transition to underwriting. “My goal is to assist our processors with the transition to underwriting so that the loans can close as quickly as possible while keeping our customers and branch partners relaxed and happy throughout the loan process,” says Saunders in a media release. A 14-year reverse mortgage industry veteran, Saunders has served as a processor and account executive working with other mortgage companies to educate them and their clients about leveraging home equity with a reverse mortgage to enhance their quality of life. Zachensky Named to MPA’s Elite Women List Michele Zachensky, chief operating officer at Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, was named to Mortgage Professional America’s (MPA) Elite Women 2022 list. This annual list recognizes top-performing women leaders for their standout achievements in the previous 12 months and for their success in the mortgage industry. Constellation Mortgage Solutions Names New Technology Officer Constellation Mortgage Solutions (CMS) recently appointed Kendrew Peacey to chief technology officer. As a member of the executive team, Peacey will lead CMS in evolving and innovating lending technology to grow the product line and increase sales. “Kendrew was originally engaged as a consultant and proved himself an invaluable member of the team. With his global experience in implementing, and evolving, enterprise technology, he is a great fit for CMS,” says Stephen Ryczek, CMS president and general manager, in a media release. “We’re excited to have him lead the team as we deliver the next generation of lending technology to the mortgage industry.” Peacey brings with him over 30 years of experience in developing, integrating and implementing technology tools and software for various enterprise-level companies. Rodriguez and Anders Join Wright, Finlay & Zak Michelle Rodriguez joined Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP’s California office as senior compliance counsel. She joins the firm from Woodland Hills Mortgage, where she was the general counsel and chief compliance officer. In addition to her 15-plus years of legal experience in the real estate industry, Rodriguez is a licensed real estate broker. Scott S. Anders recently joined Wright, Finlay & Zak’s Oregon and Washington practices as a senior associate. His experience includes acting as outside general counsel for multiple companies and a small municipality, managing all legal aspects of city litigation, development, zoning and public works. AAG Partners With EZ-ACCESS American Advisors Group (AAG) has partnered with EZ-ACCESS, a provider of accessibility solutions, to help seniors fund their home safety and preparedness projects. A recent AAG study found that over 80 percent of seniors wish to live in their homes for the rest of their lives, but many do not have mobility equipment, such as modular and portable ramping and patient transfer and vertical platform lifts. “AAG is excited to partner with a company that provides durable, safe and convenient mobility products for seniors across the country.
