www.nrmlaonline.org National Re verse Mortgage Lenders Association 18 Speaker Bios Tabatha Addison, American Advisors Group With a passion for people and over 25 years of experience in Leadership, Sales and Professional Development, Tabatha has traveled the world facilitating, providing coaching and delivering training to a variety of audiences throughout Europe, Asia and North America. Tabatha’s mortgage experience began in 2003 when she was hired to start up the Wholesale Sales and Leadership division for NovaStar Mortgage. After establishing an industry leading training division which supported 400+ sales professionals, Tabatha was promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales taking over the management of the two top divisions in Southern California. Tabatha joined American Advisors Group in 2013 as part of the Wholesale start up team, creating tailored training and marketing platforms for internal and exter- nal clients. In 2015, she spearheaded the Business Development Division for Wholesale lending and was promoted to VP of Sales in 2018. Ramsey Alwin, National Council on Aging Ramsey Alwin is President and CEO of NCOA. Alwin is a thought leader and policy advocate who has challenged out- dated beliefs and sparked new solutions to address financial resilience as we age. Through her work, she has changed the way people think about older adult poverty and economic security. Prior to returning to NCOA, Ramsey was the Direc- tor, Thought Leadership – Financial Resilience at AARP, where she worked to position AARP as the global leader in challenging outdated beliefs and sparking new solutions related to financial resilience and longevity, so people can choose how they age. Prior to her role at AARP, Alwin served as Vice President of Economic Security at NCOA, Director of National Economic Security Programs at Wider Opportunities for Women, and Director of Program Services at the National Association of State and Community Services Programs. Gail Balettie, Celink Since June 2018, Gail Balettie has served as Senior Vice Presi- dent, Borrower Care and HUD/Investor Relations for Celink. Prior to working for Celink, she spent 12 years at Financial Freedom as SVP, Servicing Operations. Balettie has over 25 years of mortgage operations and management experience, including 14 years in the reverse mortgage space. Balettie is responsible for managing borrower care, including inbound call centers, and borrower - facing processes, such as line of credit draws, pay- offs and payment plan changes. Balettie co - chairs NRMLA’s Servicing Committee and she is also active on the HUD Issues Committee. Balettie attended the University of Texas in Austin, majoring in Business Administration. Craig Barnes, CRMP Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC In his role as national training leader, Craig Barnes, CRMP, provides educational services for all RMF associates and business partners. Barnes is a regular speaker at NRMLA events and has been a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) since 2010. He serves on the Independent Certification Committee that oversees the CRMP designation and on NRMLA’s Education Committee. Barnes has been in the reverse space for over 14 years and a trainer for more than 25 years. He is a DDI Certified Master Trainer and holds a BS in Business Education.
