Currently, Jeff serves as VP of Professional Services, a position aimed at helping clients streamline their business. Jeff’s 22 - year career in the mortgage industry has been focused on the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) and other reverse mortgage proprietary products. He currently serves on NRM- LA’s HUD Issues Committee and previously served on NRMLAs Board of Directors. Prior to joining ReverseVision, he consulted with a top 10 lender, provided consulting services for other reverse mortgage software providers and for over a decade held CIO and product development roles with Financial Freedom. Jennifer Cosentini, Cambridge Credit Counseling Jennifer Cosentini is the Housing Director at Cambridge Credit Counseling Corp., a 501(c)3 non - profit agency that offers housing, credit, bankruptcy and student loan counseling nationwide. She obtained NCHEC Certification in Homeowner- ship Counseling, as well as NCHEC Certification in Homeowner- ship Counseling for Program Managers and Executive Directors from NeighborWorks of America. She is also a certified credit counselor by the Association for Financial Counseling and Plan- ning Education and has been approved by HUD to provide HECM counseling. Jennifer’s responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the agency’s hous- ing counseling division, including training and certification, staff management, grant writing and preparation, developing effective policy, procedures, and standards, accounts receivable and quarterly and annual reporting. Joe DeMarkey, Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC Joseph DeMarkey is the strategic business development leader of Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC. He is also responsible for government and industry relations. Previously, he was an assistant vice president at MetLife Bank, N.A., where he was responsible for sales management, product development, strategic business development and government and industry relations for the reverse mortgage division beginning in 2008. From 1998 to 2008, DeMarkey was a vice president at EverBank Reverse Mortgage Co. (formerly BNY Mortgage Company) where he managed retail sales and government and industry relations. He has served on NRMLA’s Board of Directors since 2003, was co - chairman from 2007 to 2009 and from 2012 to 2018 and currently serves as chairman of the Executive Committee. Melody Fennel, Fennel Consulting Melody H. Fennel is a public policy and government relations consultant, who specializes in serving affordable housing and banking clients. Previously, she served as Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Develop- ment. Prior to her appointment to the Executive Branch, Fen- nel served the United States Senate Banking Committee as its chief housing finance and economic development policy advi- sor. As an in - house industry lobbyist, she represented the National Association of Home Builders and advocated for the National Council of State Housing Agencies. Ms. Fennel is a graduate of Vassar College.
