In 2012, Flynne assumed responsibility as the SVP role for all aspects of servicing, HUD regulations and compliance within servicing. Previously, Flynne was a consultant for the SolomonEdwards Group where she was directly involved in banking resolutions and asset liquidation for a government entity. From 1989 to 2008, she served in a variety of financial and operational director positions within Washington Mutual Bank and its predecessor Bank United, which included servicing operations for the commercial real estate lending portfolio, servicing operations for the commercial banking operations, branch acquisitions and consolidation and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Loraine Geraci, Finance of America Reverse LLC Lorraine has over 17 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry and over 20 years in training, coaching and customer service. She was a top reverse mortgage originator and manager from 2004 to 2010 before getting back into her passion for training and education. Lorraine travels often and has educated thousands of mortgage professionals and Real- tors nationwide on the use of home equity to assist people with retirement goals. Lorraine is currently Vice President of Learning and Development at Finance of America Reverse and oversees a team who focuses on Sales and Professional Training, Administration, Learning Systems and educational technology. Joseph Gormley, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development As Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Single Family Housing, Joseph M. Gormley directly oversees the day - to - day management of the HECM program. DAS Gormley joined FHA in 2017 and in his former role as chief of staff served as the principal advisor to the FHA Commissioner and other senior HUD leaders on strategic planning, policy, priority initiatives and resource management. Prior to joining HUD, Gormley was assistant vice president and regulatory counsel at the Independent Community Bankers of America where he was the policy lead on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, including consumer financial protection laws and regulations.
