She now uses her years of experience and knowledge of the Reverse Mortgage industry to assist others in all aspects of the Reverse business as the owner and President of All Reverse Pro. She is an active NRMLA member, industry speaker, co - chair of the NRMLA HUD issues Committee and member of the NRMLA Board of Directors. In 2017, Elly received a “Career Achievement Award” from NRMLA for her thoughtful and tireless leadership in the Reverse Mortgage industry. Brett Kirkpatrick, CRMP, Harbor Mortgage Solutions A mortgage professional for over 20 years, Brett Kirkpatrick, CRMP, has specialized in the FHA reverse mortgage program since 2001. Committed to educating consumers as well as allied professionals, he presents public seminars, teaches continuing education courses and is a frequent speaker at national conferences. Since 2010, Kirkpatrick has chaired the Independent Certification Committee, which oversees the development and administration of the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional designation. He became a CRMP in 2014. Michaell Kressin, Champion Mortgage Michael Kressin has over 15 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry and is an active member of NRMLA’s Servicing Committee. He has managed oversight of the customer service call center, customer relations, loss mitigation, community outreach and loan administration while at Champion Mortgage. Prior to joining Champion, Kressin was with Bank of America and Wells Fargo overseeing reverse mortgage servicing operations, including customer service and loss mitigation. Mohan Lalwani, ReverseMortgageHelper.org/Debthelper.com Mohan Lalwani is the Program Manager at Reversemortgagehelper.org/Debthelper.com. He is a Housing and HECM counselor approved on the FHA Roster; a Certified Debt Management Professional - Partnership for Financial Education; a licensed Florida Realtor and a mortgage broker. Mohan has been in real estate and financial management for over 20 years and is a lifetime volunteer for Little Smiles Inc. (a charity organization). Mohan obtained his bachelor's degree in Engineering at Ferguson College, Pune, India. Prior to moving to the U.S., he grew up in India and Hong Kong, where he was in the export business for products manufactured in China and other Asian countries.
