Lunde is an expert in financial analysis and invest- ment modeling in a range of industries, including reverse mortgages, investment management, real estate settlement services and wireless telecommunications. John draws on deep experience in the reverse mortgage industry and extensive relationships with leaders at top lenders, servicers and investors in the space to focus RMI’s product develop- ment and sales in productive niches for clients. Prior to founding RMI in March 2007, John led the Business Metrics & Analysis team at Financial Freedom to deliver comprehensive ongoing internal performance analysis across all lines of business in the company: Marketing, Sales, Operations and Servicing. John has previously worked at AT&T Wireless, Cendant Settlement Services and Meta- Markets.com and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from California State University San Bernardino. Jud Lyman, Liberty Reverse Mortgage Jud is a Training Manager at Liberty Reverse Mortgage where he focuses on sales coaching, product training and helping financial advisors understand how their clients can benefit from a reverse mortgage. Prior to taking on the role of training manager, Jud began his journey with Liberty in 2010 as the wholesale marketing manager where his focus was helping Liberty’s approved partners grow their business. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from CSU, Sacramento, he spent nearly 15 years as a marketing professional at financial organizations, such as E*TRADE and The Dentists Insurance Company. Christopher Mayer, Longbridge Financial LLC Christopher Mayer is co - founder and CEO of Longbridge Financial, LLC, where he has led the growth of the company to a market leader and top - five issuer of HECM Mortgage - Backed Securities. Longbridge has worked with financial services companies to help bring reverse mortgages to a broader audience and introduced its industry - leading Platinum private - label reverse mortgage. The company has also developed a data and research program on reverse mortgages that allows it to identify and examine new opportunities. In his ca- reer as a professor, Dr. Mayer is a renowned expert on housing, credit markets, and securitization at Columbia Business School. He serves as the Paul Milstein Professor of Real Estate at Columbia Business School and holds affiliations with Standard & Poor’s, the Urban Institute, and the National Bureau of Economic Research. Dr. Mayer holds a BA in math and economics from the University of Rochester with highest honors and a PhD in economics from MIT. Jon McCue, Reverse Market Insight Jon McCue is the Director of Client Relations for Reverse Market Insight. Jon ensures that RMI’s clients are getting the exact services that are most beneficial to their individual needs by taking a personal interest in each of them with particular focus on their current and future goals. By talking to each one individually and customizing a package of services that is just right for their business needs Jon is able to help RMI’s clients more effectively and efficiently target their marketplace with as little money as possible while increasing their returns. Jon is a native of Washington State and graduated from the University of Washington with his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
