She has been in the mortgage business for 24 years with a focus on reverse mortgages for the last 14 years. Her passion for the reverse mortgage product and helping seniors is what keeps her motivated. Most recently, she was the Operations Manager for a mortgage brokerage, Affinity Home Equity Solutions, LLC. As a producing manager, she trained loan officers, other support staff and taught continuing education to real estate agents. Joe DeMarkey, Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC Joseph DeMarkey is the strategic business development leader of Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC. He is also responsible for government and industry relations. Previously, he was an assistant vice president at MetLife Bank, N.A., where he was responsible for sales management, product development, strategic business development and government and industry relations for the reverse mortgage division beginning in 2008. From 1998 to 2008, DeMarkey was a vice president at EverBank Reverse Mortgage Co. (formerly BNY Mortgage Company) where he managed retail sales and government and industry relations. He has served on NRMLA’s Board of Directors since 2003, was co - chairman from 2007 to 2009 and from 2012 to 2018 and currently serves as chairman of the Executive Committee. John T. Dingeman, MNAA, Class Valuation John Dingeman is a Certified Residential Appraiser in 11 states, a Registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona and a Qualifying and Continuing Education Instructor for multiple course providers. Dingeman is the Past President of the National Association of Appraisers and the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers. He has also served on several boards, including the Arizona Board of Manufactured Housing, Phoenix Village Planning Committee, Homeowners Association and a charitable organization supporting foster children in Arizona called Arizona Helping Hands. Regina Eldridge, Success Mortgage Partners, Inc. Regina Eldridge currently serves as the Director of the Reverse Mortgage Division of Success Mortgage Partners, Inc. Previous to her current position, she served multiple years in a wholesale capacity with our nation’s largest reverse mortgage lender. Her personal mission statement is to help industry professionals grow reverse business opportunities. Regina has dedicated over 25 years to positions which included traditional, unique and reverse mortgages combined. Beginning her career in a broker capacity, she developed and sold that business to join a national lender/banker. Through her years with lenders, banks and credit unions she has learned the value of diversity in relationships, as well as investing time in associations which further industry improvements and provide the unique opportunity to meet top industry professionals. Catalina Gonzalez, Open Mortgage, LLC I have been a reverse mortgage originator for approximately 16 years. Working with this sector of our community has truly been the most rewarding. I listen to my clients' concerns and their many stories, joyful or sad. Building relationships are important to me and earning their trust.
