Michael serves as co - chair of Bradley’s Fintech team, and his practice includes consumer finance and fintech, blockchain and digital assets, banking and bank partnerships, consumer and commercial credit, payments, regulatory strategy, risk management and corporate governance matters for a range of clients. Prior to joining Bradley, Michael was on the start - up team that established the CFPB and served for five years in senior roles, including senior counselor to the director. He advised the director and senior agency officials on how best to utilize the CFPB’s authorities and whether to resolve significant matters through supervisory action or public enforcement. At C2 Financial Corp, she was the #1 reverse mortgage producer and co - built its reverse mortgage division as the national assistant manager for four years. Women With Vision Magazine recognized her with its prestigious Women With Vision Award in 2020. In addition to managing and growing the Steven J. Sless Group’s West Coast Region, Christina helps expand the company’s infrastructure to educate and train PRMI’s 1,200+ traditional loan originators nationwide, guiding them in adding reverse mortgages to their practice. Active in the industry and the community, Christina was a founding member of the National Aging in Place Council San Diego Chapter. Matt Harrison, CRMP, loanDepot Matt has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for nearly 20 years. He currently works for loanDepot as a home loan strategist and has made HECM loans his niche. He is also a Certified High Trust Coach in the Todd Duncan ecosystem. Susan Haviland, CRMP, Finance of America Reverse LLC Sue Haviland joined Finance of America Reverse LLC as National Sales Trainer - Wholesale Division in December 2020. Her background includes nearly 35 years in the mortgage business, the last 17 of which were focused on the reverse space. Sue has been an originator, trainer, speaker, and even hosted her own radio show, “Senior Spotlight with Sue Haviland,” which covered a wide variety of topics of interest to seniors. She founded Reverse Mortgage Success, a training company that trained loan officers who wanted to excel in the reverse space. Sue is President of Step Smart, an all - volunteer non - profit in southwest Florida that educates the public on the importance of fall prevention, the risk factors and the simple steps they can take to make their home safer.
