Kolluri serves as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Housing and the Federal Housing Administration at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In this role, Kolluri is the senior leader responsible for the Office’s policies, programs and operations supporting homebuyers, homeowners, multifamily residents and housing counselors. She has over 25 years of experience in affordable housing and community and economic development in both the public and private sectors and served from 2011 to 2013 as Deputy Chief of Staff to HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan. Prior to rejoining HUD in February 2021, Kolluri was the Chief Development and Operating Officer for the Philadelphia Housing Authority, the nation’s fourth largest public housing authority serving nearly 80,000 public housing residents. Renee Konstantine, CRMP, Mutzig Management, Inc. dba Estar Mortgage Seniors have many goals and Renee Konstantine enjoys helping them realize those goals, whatever they may be. Renee has many years of experience as a reverse mortgage broker and holds the title of Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional. Renee is well seasoned, having worked in the financial industry since the late 1980s. Her vast experience, knowledge and ethics are a breath of fresh air while working with seniors who appreciate her hard work and perseverance in sometimes challenging situations. When not helping people with their housing and financial needs, she spends her time hiking the local San Diego trails. Renee is also a classically trained French chef with a penchant for making homemade chocolates. Steve Kyle, European Pensions and Property Asset Release Group Steve Kyle has over 40 years’ experience in the insurance, life and pensions industry in the UK and Europe and has held Executive Director and senior management positions. He has worked for major groups, such as Aviva, and start - ups including Just Retirement. He was until recently a long serving Director of the UK’s Equity Release trade bodies (SHIP and the Equity Release Council) and has played an active role in promoting high levels of consumer protection, standards, innovation, and competition. He has worked on policy development in the UK and Europe and has chaired various industry groups, including the ERC Solvency 2 Working Group. Steve was one of the founders of the European Pensions and Property Asset Release Group (EPPARG), which was set up in 2012 as a forum to foster dialogue between industry, the EU institutions and governments on innovative pensions and property asset release solutions and has been the Secretary General ever since. Judson Lyman, PHH Mortgage Corp. dba Liberty Reverse Mortgage Jud is director of learning and development at Liberty Reverse Mortgage where he focuses on sales coaching, product training and helping financial advisors understand how their clients can benefit from a reverse mortgage. Prior to taking on the role of training manager, Jud began his journey with Liberty in 2010 as the wholesale marketing manager where his main focus was helping Liberty’s approved partners grow their business. After earning his bachelor’s degree in journalism from CSU, Sacramento, he spent nearly 15 years as a marketing professional at financial organizations such as E*TRADE and The Dentists Insurance Company.
