Moriello manages the Shelton, CT, branch for loanDepot, a mortgage company headquartered in southern California that has originated more than $165 billion in mortgages over the past decade. She is responsible for managing the reverse mortgage division within the company and training its reverse mortgage sales force. Bill Nolan, Longbridge Financial, LLC Bill Nolan brings over two decades of experience in both wholesale and retail lending to the Longbridge team. A dynamic leader in the reverse mortgage wholesale space, Bill specializes in consulting with partners to identify what customers truly need to compete in today’s market. Most recently Wholesale Field Sales Leader at Liberty Reverse Mortgage, Bill has a proven track - record of managing multi - billion - dollar branches across wholesale and correspondent lending operations. As Wholesale Sales Manager at Longbridge Financial, Bill coaches our team of core Account Executives to help their customers find the keys to increase volume and revenue. Scott Norman, Finance of America Reverse LLC A 27 - year mortgage banker, Scott Norman led the original campaign to amend the Texas Constitution to authorize reverse mortgages in the state in 1999, when he founded the Texas Association of Reverse Mortgage Lenders. He later closed the very first reverse mortgage loan in Texas. Norman has also testified numerous times before the legislatures of California, Arkansas and Minnesota to help craft legislation to protect senior homeowners around the country. He got his start in the mortgage business in Austin in 1993, later becoming President of the Austin Mortgage Bankers Association. Norman is currently the Vice President of Field Retail & Government Relations at Finance of America Reverse LLC and he serves as Co - Chairman of NRMLA’s Board of Directors for the 2020 - 2021 term. Mark O’Neil, Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC Mark O’Neil joined Reverse Mortgage Funding as the firm’s first wholesale account executive in 2013. Since 2015, he has run third - party sales for the firm and has overseen growth of the channel, helping RMF become one of the leading investors in the country. Mark has nearly 20 years of combined experience in the reverse mortgage industry, including work in settlement and retail origination. Mark holds BA and BS degrees from the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated Manga Cum Laude, and a JD from Boston College Law School. Ryan Philip, CRMP, Longbridge Financial I live in Belleville, New Jersey with my wife of two years. With a degree in finance I have spent the last 10 years exclusively in the reverse mortgage industry. I enjoy working with seniors, learning about their life experiences. I love to play basketball and go fishing on Lake George, NY; Point Pleasant, NJ or Marco Island, FL when visiting my mother.
