He has been specializing exclusively in reverse mortgages since January 2003 and has been in the consumer finance and mortgage business since February 1987. Bruce is fond of saying that he's closed over 1,000 reverse mortgages and has never had a customer, or family member, ever tell him that they regretted their decision to do the reverse mortgage. He is proud of this because he makes 100 percent sure that everyone who does a reverse mortgage with him understands the pros and cons of exactly what they are doing.
