Gregg & Valby’s has faithfully served the mortgage industry since it was founded in 1977. Our history with reverse mortgages extends to 1999, coinciding with Texas’s legalization of reverse mortgages. Since then, we have represented some of the nation’s leading reverse mortgage lenders in examining their Texas-based loans. Beyond our work with Texas loans, we’ve also conducted reviews of trusts and solar leases for reverse lenders nationwide for several years.
