At QuickCert, HECM Counseling isn’t just a secondary service we provide; it’s our primary focus.
Established in 2008, QuickCert is approved to provide reverse mortgage counseling in ALL states (except MN) for a HECM or proprietary reverse mortgage.
QuickCert uses a client-centric approach, recognizing that each client’s needs are unique. Our personalized counseling services are designed to provide education, not opinions, so clients have the resources and support needed through the process.
Services are provided in English, Spanish, and multiple other languages. We also have a housing counselor specialized in American Sign Language.
