Over the course of his career, Chris has built and launched multiple zero to one initiatives, raised capital for vision before product existed, and led legacy organizations through structural reinvention. Whether in nonprofit, mission driven, or enterprise environments, the pattern has been consistent: clarify the purpose, align the stakeholders, build the engine for growth.
