Dan Hultquist is the Co-Founder of REVERSE plus, a company that provides reverse mortgage sales tools, technology, and educational resources to the mortgage community. Dan is a reverse mortgage industry educator and advocate who has been writing and speaking on reverse mortgage topics since 2008. While he is best known for writing Understanding Reverse, his newest book, Navigating Reverse, addresses the challenges faced by existing reverse mortgage borrowers, surviving spouses, heirs, and trusted advisors.

Shain Urwin is a National Reverse Mortgage Director for C2 Financial Corporation’s Reverse Division. Shain was chosen for this role as he is a mentor and role model nationwide, for his commitment to excellence in the Retirement Mortgage space. He currently mentors over 300 Loan Officers for C2 Financial. He is also a Registered Social Security Analyst. He studied finance at Oral Robert’s University and previously worked as a Financial Advisor for LPL for 2 years, before deciding to go full-time into the residential loan business. He previously held series 6, 63, and 7 licenses.
