Join NRMLA on Thursday, April 9 at 1:00 pm ET for an essential servicing webinar designed to help originators and industry professionals better understand what happens after a reverse mortgage closes.
Servicing questions are among the most common—and most misunderstood—issues borrowers raise. From loan maturity timelines to servicing transfers, LESA notifications, and non-borrowing spouse protections, originators who understand reverse mortgage servicing rules are better equipped to set expectations, reduce confusion, and protect borrowers.
This webinar will feature insights from two highly experienced servicing leaders:
- Gail Balettie, Senior Vice President, Client Satisfaction, Celink
- Ryan McIntire, Director, Reverse Servicing Controls, Onity Mortgage Corporation
Whether you’re looking to strengthen borrower education, reduce post-closing issues, or simply refresh your servicing knowledge, this session will deliver timely, practical insights you can use immediately.
This webinar is approved for 1 CRMP Credit.
