Reverse Technology Group LLC (RTG) is a Software As A Service technology company (SAAS Business Model) primarily focused on providing Reverse Mortgage technology within the Reverse Mortgage Industry. The company’s focus on Reverse Mortgage Technology Services uniquely positions RTG to meet the demanding needs of loan servicing allowing both lenders and loan servicers to focus on servicing their customers as opposed to being distracted on technology solutions. RTG’s mission is to provide exceptional technology provided services, technical support help desk services, system training, adhoc reporting, and software maintenance and support to ensure a continued mutual partnership.
RTG currently owns and manages the Home Equity Reverse Information Technology (HERMIT) system that the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) relies on to manage all HECM reverse mortgages in the industry. RTG and its HERMIT platform services over 3,500 HECM Lenders and Servicers within the industry. The HERMIT platform serves as the master reverse mortgage servicing platform that ensures loan insuring, loan servicing, loan compliance, and claims processing for all insured HECM loans.
RTG currently owns and manages its flagship Reverse Mortgage Technology platform named ReverseQuest (RQ). RQ is a specifically designed to service reverse mortgages and proprietary reverse products from loan closing to loan termination. RQ managing all aspects of loan servicing to include loan administration, loan document storage, loan compliance, loan default, claim filing, HERMIT reconciliation, and investor reporting. RQ is constantly maintained and kept current on all HUD regulatory servicing mortgagee letters.
RTG is also launching a REO (Real Estate Own) Servicing platform “REO QUEST” to manage REOs from property preservation to property disposition. RTG also provides data center operations, system help desk operations, system training, and software development activities. RTG maintains SOC I Type II system compliance.
