In our cover story for the May-June issue of Reverse Mortgage magazine, hiring managers from several firms provided insights into what they do to compete for talent but also what they do to ensure they are hiring the right people for their organizations.

Hiring managers often must adapt to shifting dynamics, and that was particularly true in the roller coaster ride of the last year. Some of them found that, despite the economic pain in other industries, they were seeing increased demand for reverse mortgage products, so the competition got even more intense for qualified workers—from the back office and support staff to sales.
