Gormley Assumes Top Leadership Role at GNMA

Joseph M. Gormley joined Ginnie Mae as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer where he will oversee the agency’s mission to support stability in the nation’s housing markets.

Gormley previously served in several senior positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development during the first Trump administration, including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Single Family Housing and Chief of Staff to FHA Commissioner Brian Montgomery.
