We at NRMLA are committed to strengthening the Reverse Mortgage Ecosystem by promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusionary (DEI) practices. To build awareness of issues that impact us all we continue to work towards accepting differences, sharing knowledge, and facilitating necessary discussions to help member organizations operate successfully and collaboratively. One way to do this is to share resources for how we can best include DEI practices into our work lives. One step we are taking is that we have created lists of resources of several different topics.
