Celink Awarded HUD Contract to Service Assigned HECMs

Effective March 24, 2022, Lansing, MI-based Celink has been awarded the contract to service all Home Equity Conversion Mortgages currently assigned to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

“NRMLA has long advocated for a change to the HECM contract subservicer, and we are pleased this loan administration will be assumed by a team of subject matter experts with state-of-the-art HECM servicing technology,” says NRMLA President Steve Irwin.
