Should Mom Or Dad Get a Reverse Mortgage?

Should Mom Or Dad Get a Reverse Mortgage?

As part of NRMLA’s ongoing efforts to promote #OlderAmericansMonth, the PR Committee has created a new tri-fold brochure, titled “Should Mom Or Dad Get a Reverse Mortgage?”, that we invite members to leave as a resource when meeting first with family members who are interested in exploring a reverse mortgage for one or both parents.

The brochure explains what a reverse mortgage is, why individuals get them, the factors that determine the amount of proceeds someone is eligible to receive, the costs, and much more.

The back panel is blank, so that you can customize it with your contact information. Click on the image below or the link above to print as many copies as you need.
