Compu-Link Officially Takes Over as HUD’s Contract Subservicer

NRMLA was notified this morning by HUD’s Tulsa Servicing Center that Compu-Link has officially taken over as the Department’s contract subservicer for assigned HECM reverse mortgages.

Mail is being forwarded from the prior contract subservicer to Compu-Link, but there may be delays in processing documents mailed last week.

Compu-Link’s contact information has been posted to HUD’s web site, at https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/housing/sfh/nsc/fmaddr.

Borrowers who have questions about their reverse mortgage that has been assigned can reach HUD’s FHA Resource Center at 1-877-622-8525.
